When a salon uses Tilda, appointment requests by phone or WhatsApp are processed on behalf of that salon under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR); the salon remains the controller for its customer data. Tilda states in every conversation that it is an AI reception. Raw call recordings and full transcripts are off by default. For complaints, uncertainty, and sensitive topics, a human takes over.Wenn ein Salon Tilda nutzt, werden Terminanfragen per Telefon oder WhatsApp im Auftrag dieses Salons auf Grundlage eines Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrags verarbeitet (Art. 28 DSGVO); der Salon bleibt Verantwortlicher für seine Kundendaten. Tilda sagt in jedem Gespräch, dass sie eine KI-Rezeption ist. Rohaufnahmen und vollständige Transkripte sind standardmäßig aus. Bei Beschwerden, Unsicherheit und sensiblen Anliegen übernimmt ein Mensch.
